About the President
Lita Williams is the founder and CEO of IKNOLEAD, LLC. She is responsible for all facets of the business, including sales.
Lita holds a bachelor’s in business and theology, and a master’s in human relations. Lita is a certified transformational leader, speaker and coach.
Lita is a US Army retired veteran of 22 years. After retiring Lita began helping people transform their lives through the ministry of her church and later opened her business with the goal of adding value to individuals, groups, and other businesses.
